01Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Parachute Pals (the "Game") provided by Zhengzhou Jianan Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law.
The Game is intended for people 13 years of age or older and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Game. If you are legally unable to agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA and applicable Apple Media Services terms for a Game downloaded through the App Store. Where mandatory law or the Apple Standard EULA provides you with greater rights, those provisions apply.
02Game and advertising
The Game provides offline gameplay, does not require a player account or login, contains advertisements, and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Your mobile carrier or internet provider may charge you for data used to load advertising or other online content.
The Game uses Pangle to display advertisements. Selecting an advertisement may take you to a third-party service, website, store page, or application. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. For advertising-related information processing, read our Privacy Policy.
03License and content
Subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple terms, you may use the Game for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment on devices you own or control. The Game's software, artwork, audio, text, and other content are protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to us or the applicable rights holders.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Game or its content to you. You may exercise any rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
04Acceptable use
You must use the Game lawfully and through its intended functionality. You must not interfere with the Game or its advertising services, introduce malicious code, infringe another person's rights, or generate fraudulent ad impressions, clicks, or rewards.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or make the Game available to others except where applicable law, an open-source license, or our written permission allows it.
05Updates and availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue portions of the Game when reasonably necessary, including to improve performance, security, compatibility, advertising integration, or legal compliance. We may also release updates through the App Store. Material changes to these Terms or our privacy practices will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
We do not guarantee that every feature, advertisement, or external service will be available at all times. You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it from your device.
06Disclaimers and your rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the Game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or software version.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, warranty, consumer protection, privacy right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.
07Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the Game changes or when necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the effective date. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
