This Privacy Policy explains how Zhengzhou Jianan Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Parachute Pals (the "Game"). The Game is distributed in the United States, is intended for players 13 years of age or older, and contains third-party advertising.

02Information handled by the Game
No player account
The Game does not offer account registration or login. We do not ask you to provide your name, phone number, email address, password, or payment information in order to play.
Local game information
The Game may store settings and game-progress information locally on your device so that the Game can function. We do not provide an account-based cloud-save or cross-device-sync service. You can generally remove locally stored game information by deleting the Game or using the controls available on your device; device backups may be managed separately by your operating system.
Messages you send us
If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address and the details of your request. We use that information only to respond, provide support, protect our rights, or comply with law.
03Advertising and Pangle
The Game uses the Pangle iOS SDK to display advertisements and earn advertising revenue. An internet connection may be needed to load or interact with an advertisement.
When an advertisement is requested, displayed, or interacted with, Pangle may collect or receive Device identifiers, advertising and ad-interaction data, crash and performance data, network information such as an IP address, coarse city-level location inferred from the IP address, and other advertising-related technical data. Pangle states that certain device and advertising data may be used for advertising, analytics, and tracking. These practices may be used to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising and related services.
Pangle processes advertising-related information under its own notices and controls. Read Pangle App Privacy Details, Pangle's privacy-policy index, and the TikTok Privacy Policy for the United States for current disclosures. If Pangle enables a feature that uses an additional identifier, such as rewarded-ad server-side verification, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before enabling that feature.
We do not use the Game to create a player profile or provide an account-based social service. We share information with Pangle only as needed to display and operate in-game advertising. Pangle and its partners process advertising-related information under their applicable privacy notices.
04Your advertising choices
Where the deployed advertising integration engages in tracking or accesses Apple's advertising identifier, we request your permission through App Tracking Transparency before that activity. You may decline or later change that permission in your device settings. Declining permission does not prevent you from using the Game's basic gameplay.
Your device may also offer controls for limiting ad tracking or resetting advertising identifiers. Pangle may provide additional choices through the channels described in its privacy information. Your App Tracking Transparency choice applies separately from any other privacy control.
05Retention and security
Locally stored game information remains on your device until you remove it through the Game, your device settings, or deletion of the Game. We retain support messages only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the message, resolve an issue, protect our rights, or meet legal obligations. Pangle retains advertising-related information under its own policies.
No internet or storage system is completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information to our support email.
06Privacy requests
You may contact us at qnipcsand102@outlook.com with the subject line Privacy Request to request access, correction, deletion, or information about personal information we handle. We may request limited information needed to identify the relevant record and protect against fraudulent requests. We respond as required by applicable law.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights. Advertising-related information handled by Pangle may be subject to Pangle's own request and opt-out procedures, so you may need to contact Pangle directly for requests relating to its records. Using App Tracking Transparency and device privacy settings can limit tracking where available.
07Children
The Game is for players 13 years of age or older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact qnipcsand102@outlook.com; we will take appropriate steps to review and delete the information when required.
08Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game or its data practices change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law.
